Agreement to terms
By accessing or using FootyBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users including club administrators, coaches and parents.
The service
FootyBase provides a cloud-based club management platform for grassroots football clubs including player registration, payment collection, compliance tracking, fixture management, kit ordering and club communications.
Club accounts
The club administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate data, managing user access, ensuring GDPR compliance and keeping login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use FootyBase to violate data protection law, gain unauthorised access to other clubs' data, upload malicious content, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate club management.
Payments and subscriptions
FootyBase is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as set out on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing for club member fees is handled by GoCardless. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact elliott.cook@icloud.com.
Data ownership
All data entered into the platform remains the property of your club. Upon termination you may request a data export within 30 days. After this period data will be securely deleted.
Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to any club shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately in the event of a serious breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
